Interlagos, a trusted partner of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2012, is proud to announce a significant milestone in our collaboration. We have been commissioned to develop a comprehensive system for producing all Trust Control Documents.

Scheduled to go live in the first quarter of 2024, this system represents a pivotal advancement in document management within the Trust. Initially focusing on Policy documents, our system will utilise sophisticated templates to ensure consistency and standardisation across all documents.

Key features of the system include:

1. Standardised Format: All Policies will be produced in a standardised format, enhancing clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
2. Workflow Management: The system will oversee the entire workflow process, from the initial request for a new policy to its completion and output as a PDF.
3. Expanded Document Types: In addition to Policies, the system will also handle Guidelines, Patient Group Directions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Terms of Reference, ensuring continuity and coherence across all Trust documents.
