Interlagos has just released it’s video document system.

Using the latest technology, users of the Advanced Publishing Software and Patient Information Publishing software may now embed videos on their documents. The system adds a special code on to it’s documents which when scanned with a smart phone, will play a video of the authors choice. Typical examples are Factsheets playing a video of the Fund Manager rather than a simple written commentary or hospital leaflets showing videos of how exercises can be done rather than diagrams and texts.

This will bring to life mundane documents and make them far more powerful.
